Chandrababu inaugurates 36 feet NTR statue

Sattenapalle: AP CM Chandrababu Naidu inaugurates 36 feet tall NTR bronze statue at Sattenapalle in Guntur district on Friday. On the occasion of the 22nd death anniversary of the TDP founder and chief minister Late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), Naidu participates in the events organized in the district.
The statue of NTR was installed in the middle of a massive water pound, and named the pound as Taraka Ram Sagar. Like Budha statue at Hussain Sagar lake in Hyderabad, NTR statue here can be reached only through boating.
CM Naidu and Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao took a boat ride in the Taraka Ram Sagar. Guntur MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao, Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao, and other TDP leaders were present at the event.
