A newly married woman has attacked her husband with a knife in Srikakulam district. Budda Naveen Kumar and Neelima got married on May 9 this year.
Neelima stabbed in the husband’s neck with a knife at Rail Nilayam near Kotabommali mandal while they were returning from in-law’s house on a bike from Gadalam. Passersby have admitted the victim to the local hospital. As his condition was serious, he was shifted to RIMS in Srikakulam. Neelima decided to kill Naveen as she did not like to marry him. The police took her into custody.
