SC, ST Atrocity case was filed on Janasena Party leader Raja Reddy in Tirupati. It is learned from the sources that the case was filed on Raja Reddy over the charges of man handling PK Layout Manager Subhash Reddy and also abusing him with his caste name.
Victim Subhash Reddy has submitted the hotel's CCTV footage as substantial evidence of the attack on him. Tirupati police said, they have filed case with the evidences of CCTV footage showing Raja Reddy slapping Subhash Reddy.
