Chandrababu addressed farmers and locals at Polavaram dam site, in West Godavari district.
He laid the foundation for the project spillway today. He said that construction of Polavaram project is a historical event and he lauded the farmers and the people as they are a part of history. He said that at 50,000 cusecs of water will be saved from going wasted into the sea, once the project is completed. He explained to them about how he had taken special care to see the project completed.
