Kakinada : State endowment minister Pydikondala Manikyala Rao took the controversy of budgetary allocation to the state in lighter way. He commented that the controversy is like a small dispute between a Wife and Husband and need not take seriously.

Mr Rao visited Sri Viswa Viznana Adhyathmika Peetham (VVAP) annual meetings, held by the Peetham’s seer Dr Umar Alisha at Pithapuram on Friday.
